DJ Dom Dior's 80's House Party!... MIX RELEASE and YOUTUBE VIDEO!

I finally finished and released my 80's and House Mix!! Even more exciting, to do it I made my first YOUTUBE video! I wanted the video to be simple since I wanted the music to be the focus, also so people could just LISTEN. It is so amazing to be creative with music and the way songs are arranged, and this mix definitely pushed my creativity. When I work on a mix I make sure that I put a little of my personality into every single one, and I am definitely a "Femme Fatale!" Please listen and leave comments to let me know what you think!!!

Villa Lounge

Last Saturday Nov. 12th, I opened up at Villa Lounge on Melrose Ave for one of my favorite DJs, Jam X (pictured sitting on the speaker below). Villa has a very sexy lounge setting, so I went with a very sexy hip-hop and R&B set. I love setting a sexy vibe and then threw in a couple of big pop records, like Beyonce's "Countdown" for the ladies. Sexy DJ for a Sexy night....

 

After Villa, my manager and I headed over to Colony. Saturdays are ALL House nights and I got to hang out with so many friends. One of my friends took these great shots as I danced on couches!

  

Minnie Mouse Takes Over Halloween

On the actual Halloween Night I hung out with one of my Mentors, DJ Orator, at Roxbury in Hollywood. The DJ booth is upstairs and overlooks the entire club, so we had the best view in the house! A couple of my friends came along and we partied until we couldn't take it anymore. Kevin Hart (Dressed as Rick James) even hopped on the bar and did an impromtu performance!

Hard Candy Halloween Party "Major Trouble"

For Halloween this year I got the privilege of spinning at Trousdale, one of Hollywood's hottest clubs, and dressed up as "Major Trouble". It was a packed night and I did a House/Hip-Hop set that kept the dance floor packed and had the crowd going crazy. I had so fun much partying in the booth with everyone and playing the hits! The night was such a success that I got invited back to play on Saturdays!!!
